Kenny Holmes joined Cisco to lead the next evolution in cybersecurity, bringing over 25 years of Public Sector experience and a track record of building multi-million-dollar SLED businesses at Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and now Cisco. At Fortinet, he grew the SLED division 350% in four years; at Palo Alto Networks, he helped scale the government business to $300M. Kenny’s deep expertise in cybersecurity and cryptography spans federal and state governments, universities, and major research institutions. He holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering Technology from Ole Miss and executive education in Strategy and AI from Northwestern’s Kellogg School. Based in Chicagoland with his wife and daughter, he’s also a pilot and advocate for autism awareness, especially for girls and women—ask him why he saved the best for last with Cisco Security.

She has over 24 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Before joining Waterleaf in 2023, Chrissie spent 23 years with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), where she held leadership roles in the Information Security Management Office (ISMO), built and led IT teams, served as the statewide advisor on Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) cybersecurity, and chaired the TSM&O Technical Advisory Group. At Cyberleaf, she manages the Security Operations Center (SOC) and oversees detection, incident response, and cyber defense operations.

CISSP, CISM, PMP Dave Carpenter is a business-focused senior executive with over 20 years of military, government consulting, and private industry cybersecurity leadership experience in program management, strategy, policy development and implementation, proposal development and delivery, process improvement, cross-functional management, team leadership and collaboration. Most recently, he was an active Air National Guard Cyberspace Operations Officer, supporting Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) as the Division Chief, Communications and Cyberspace Operations (A63) where he developed cyber operations strategy and mission-focus for Great Power Competition, leading the largest geographical area of operations in daily cyber operations and deployed communications. Prior to that role, he was a squadron commander for the 177th Information Aggressor Squadron and the 127th Cyber Operations Squadron, executing Red Team Operations and Cyber Vulnerability Analysis and Hunt mission-sets. Additionally, Dave was the Vice President for Federal Operations for Securicon, LLC, a Virginia-based cybersecurity firm supporting Federal, Military and Commercial Clients. His teams advised multiple federal agencies on information security, risk and compliance, and security architecture solutions to secure federal systems, applications and networks. Further, he worked in the aerospace and defense sector for a tier 1 aerostructures manufacturer as the Integrated Business Team Manager for New Programs, and as a Global Risk Management Program Manager. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
