Anthony George is the Founder and CEO of George Consulting & Engineering (GCE), where he helps manufacturers, industrial parks, and critical infrastructure organizations engineer intelligent infrastructure through the integration of AI, industrial networking, operational technology (OT), cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Anthony's career spans more than two decades across military, government, and private industry. He has served as a U.S. Navy Electronic Security Systems Technician, a Cyber Warfare Operator in the Kansas Air National Guard, a Senior Systems Engineer supporting defense programs, and an Industrial Cybersecurity consultant helping manufacturers modernize their operations securely.
He holds the CISSP certification and has led projects involving industrial control systems (ICS), OT/IT convergence, digital twins, Industrial IoT, edge computing, and secure manufacturing environments. His current work focuses on designing vendor-neutral architectures that connect physical infrastructure with intelligent software to create the next generation of industrial operations.
Anthony is also an adjunct instructor, conference speaker, and passionate advocate for making advanced manufacturing and critical infrastructure more connected, resilient, and secure.
With nearly a decade of experience advising enterprise organizations, Christopher Gregg, CISSP, provides technical analysis for legal professionals and corporate stakeholders involved in cybersecurity matters.
Drawing on his experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations, Christopher specializes in enterprise network architecture, governance, third-party risk, and merger & acquisition integrations, alongside evaluating reasonable cybersecurity practices and standards of care.
He is known for delivering objective, practical, and defensible analysis while translating technical issues into clear insights.
Christopher holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Cyber Security and maintains a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential.
Jacob Buck is a Program Director at WSU Tech, helping faculty and students alike with learning Cybersecurity and IT skills for a digital future. Jacob has been teaching for 3 years and working in Education for 5, in addition to having a mixed background in VFX for film using code and IT at places such as Textron Aviation.
Matthew Lewis has over 20 years of experience building partnerships through industry collaboration. As a leader at WSU Tech, he leads academic programs that bridge industry needs and academic rigor, ensuring students are ready for success in Kansas’ tech sector. By actively engaging with industry partners, Matthew helps shape both credit and non-credit programs that meet specific workforce needs, supporting students in achieving their career goals. Through education, mentorship, and collaboration, Matthew is committed to driving innovation and fostering growth within the community.
Mitch Roberson is the Vice President and Director of Technical Services for Equity Bank. He leads enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity operations, messaging, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies across a multi-state banking organization. With extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, and endpoint security, Mitch specializes in balancing security requirements with user productivity. A frequent presenter on enterprise technology and cybersecurity topics, he brings practical, real-world experience from managing large-scale transformations in highly regulated environments.
Nicki is an Information System Security Officer with more than a decade of experience in IT, including several years focused on cybersecurity. She specializes in governance, risk, and compliance, security awareness, vulnerability management, incident response, and building practical security programs.
In addition to her professional work, she teaches IT and cybersecurity courses at WSU Tech, where she helps prepare the next generation of technology professionals. She is also active in the cybersecurity community as a speaker and volunteer leader, including involvement with ISC² and the Global Women’s Leadership Network.

Ryan Chaplin is a Senior Penetration Tester at Raxis. He has received public acknowledgement for his security work from Google and has received awards for his work from clients ranging from NASA to enterprise healthcare clients.
Travis spends most of his days working in the cloud/container/Kubernetes security space. He has worked in security for ~15 years. Most importantly, he is one of the select few individuals to be recognized with an official certification from Microsoft as a Microsoft Office User Specialist in Microsoft Access 2000.
