Throughout her career, Tara has partnered with highly technical professionals to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and foster cultures where people and innovation thrive. As President, Tara is committed to building on OzSec's legacy while creating new opportunities for education, mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth throughout the year. She believes OzSec's greatest strength isn't the technology—it is the people who share their knowledge, mentor others, and build the cybersecurity community together.

Preston Warden serves as Treasurer of the OzSec Foundation and has been part of the OzSec community since moving to Wichita in 2024, attending both the 2024 and 2025 conferences. With a background in enterprise risk management, business continuity, and strategic supply chain leadership, Preston brings a systems-focused approach to OzSec's financial oversight and long-term planning. His experience supporting global resilience programs and cybersecurity-adjacent risk initiatives, combined with his current work in aerospace supply chain strategy, strengthens OzSec's commitment to sustainable growth and community impact. Preston is dedicated to supporting OzSec's mission of education, mentorship, and building a strong, connected cybersecurity community.

Garrison LeRock

Website Admin / Developer

Garrison LeRock serves as Website Admin and Developer for the OzSec Foundation, building and maintaining the conference website. With 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and software development at a global enterprise, he brings a focus on secure programming practices and practical engineering to OzSec's web presence. Outside of work, Garrison enjoys web-app and game development, music production, running, rock climbing, and hiking.

Regan Flax

Media Director

Regan Flax is an emerging business continuity and risk management professional with experience supporting enterprise resilience planning in the aerospace industry. Regan is skilled in coordinating continuity planning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting crisis preparedness efforts across domestic and international operations. Regan is recognized for strong communication, organizational effectiveness, and an ability to build relationships across multiple levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
