Nicki Swart

Nicki holds a master’s degree in computer information systems with a concentration in cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Management Systems. With both a business and technical background, she bridges the gap between security and organizational goals by translating complex cybersecurity concepts for diverse audiences. With experience as an Information Security Analyst in the healthcare and finance industries, Nicki specializes in GRC, security awareness, risk management, and disaster recovery. At present, she is an Information Security Analyst for Heartland Credit Union. She currently serves in leadership roles for both the Wichita ISC² chapter and the local Global Women’s Leadership Network Sister Society chapter. She is also an adjunct professor of IT at WSU Tech. Nicki is passionate about cybersecurity education and mentoring future professionals in the field.
